The Indigo Park Stingrays look forward to hosting your team at our pool for your away meet. Here is some essential information for your leadership team and swim team families. Please email [email protected] if you have questions or need anything!

Parking

See parking diagram. Cars will park along the neighboring roads (Deer Spring, Burnley, Bridgewater, Leon, Stanley). The gravel parking lot by the pool is extremely limited and is generally not used for parking.

Team Set Up/What to Bring

• See pool set-up diagram.
• Please set up on the far (left) side of the pool upon entering through the pool gate. There are limited poolside chairs for use, but we recommend that families bring chairs and bug spray.

Meet Timing

• Indigo Park will start warmups at 5:00pm
• Visiting team will start warmups at 5:30pm.
• Stroke & Turn Meeting at 5:40pm
• Timer Meeting at 5:50pm
• We will plan to start the meet promptly at 6:00pm

Concessions

• We will have a traditional concession stand with hamburgers, hot dogs, personal pizzas, kabobs, drinks, fruit, veggie trays, and assorted chips and candy.
• Cash, PayPal and/or Venmo will be accepted.
• Concessions are available next to the clubhouse starting between 5-5:30 p.m.

Volunteer Needs

We kindly request:

• 6 timers per half
  • We do not have time drops (yet), so please bring some stopwatches for your timers
• 2 stroke and turn officials per half
• 1 clerk of course per half for your team
• 1-2 scorers per half
  • Please have your scorers bring a laptop or tablet.
  • We have a password-protected WiFi network that your scorers can log in to.
• 1 volunteer to assist with ribbons

• Heat Sheets and Timer Sheets: YES Indigo Park will supply
• Relay Cards: YES Indigo Park will supply
• Printer/Ribbon Labels: YES Indigo Park will supply.
