Hi all, 

We will (virtually) swim Villages of Westminster tomorrow night, July 20th! This is our penultimate meet of the season and a great chance for swimmers to notch best times in several events! The meet will be held at Indigo Park– per usual this season. Swimmers and families need to be at the pool by 5:15 pm before warmups at 5:30. The meet will begin at 6 pm. If owned, swimmers should wear their team suits and team caps. The team spirit has been great so far despite the distanced meets.. keep it up this week!

As mentioned previously, we are still trying to limit the number of people on deck as much as possible to promote distancing. You are more than welcome go on deck to cheer on your swimmer(s) and their friends, but please return to the parking lot frequently to allow others to do the same.

Our last verified meet of the season will be next Monday, July 27th against Powhatan Secondary. After that, our plans are still up in the air. Holding an in-person Summer Awards or Champs meet seems far-fetched at this point (although there is a lingering possibility of a virtual Champs meet). We thank you for your flexibility in regards to the schedule and we'll keep you posted with any definite changes to it.
