Hi all, 

We will swim Powhatan Secondary Monday, July 27th! This is our final regular-season meet and likely our most challenging; Powhatan Secondary have floated around Division 2 and 3 for years, but I'm fully confident in our chances! The meet will be held at Indigo Park– per usual this season. Swimmers and families need to be at the pool by 5:15 pm before warmups at 5:30. The meet will begin at 6 pm. If owned, swimmers should wear their team suits and team caps. 

We want to give every swimmer who's interested the chance to swim in a relay this meet. If your swimmer(s) is interested, please reply to this email by Sunday at the latest so I can enter them in. If they have a preference of stroke, let me know as well, although this is subject to change to make the relays work. 

As mentioned previously, we are still trying to limit the number of people on deck as much as possible to promote distancing. You are more than welcome go on deck to cheer on your swimmer(s) and their friends, but please return to the parking lot frequently to allow others to do the same.

After the meet, the coaches will be giving out a paper plate award to each swimmer. These awards are a fun way to commemorate the season and we hope you can stick around for them! If not, your swimmer(s) award will be placed in the ribbon box for you to pick up later.
