Hello all, 

As Sonora alluded to in her previous email, we have decided to move the date and time of our Virtual Champs. It will now be held Sunday Morning, August 2nd from 10am-12pm. Warmups will be at 9:30am, so plan on being down at the pool by 9:15am. 

We really do apologize for this abrupt change. While we wanted to hold the meet on Monday evening like usual, the threat of the storm and a limited window to post results led us to the decision to move Champs forward. 

We understand that this change may make swimmers that previously signed up unable to compete, and for that we are truly sorry, especially since this is the last meet of the season. If you fall under this category, please respond to this email to let me know and I will scratch you from the entries. If you signed up and can make it Sunday morning, terrific, you do not need to take any further action as you are already entered.

All of this means our final practice will be Monday morning at regular time. Anyone is welcome, whether you swam at Champs or not. We will have a fun day and play greasy watermelon.. you won't want to miss it! 

Again, we are sorry for such short notice but believe this is the best option.
