You missed the Sunday meeting? No problem! Here is what you need to know!

• Where- all practices and home meets take place at the Indigo Park Pool (154 Stanley Dr)
• When
  • May 31^st through end of July
  • First meet= June 13th
  • All regular meeting take place on MONDAY evenings EXCEPT July 4^th meet is on JULY 5th
  • Last regular meet= July 18^th
  • July 23^rd- Summer awards
  • CHAMPS meet= July 30th
• Registration
  • We are going all ONLINE this year. That’s right! NO paper forms to fill out😊

    • Pay attention-> There are 2 registration links (one for Settlers Mill families and the other for all other families
  • Payment- can be made online or mailed to:

• Practice Schedule
  • Evening practices
    • May 31^st thru June 10^th- you will be notified of exact times in mid-May
    • More evening practices are being considered
    • This is NOT part of the coaches’ contract
    • May require a parent volunteer
    • Dependent also on if there are available lane times
  • Morning practices
    • Start on June 13^th- you will be notified of exact schedule in mid-May
    • Older swimmers have the first session (to avoid work conflicts)-> youngest swimmers have the last session
• Volunteers
  • We ask that all families volunteer
  • We are in need of a stroke and turns judge
    • Would require a class/ certification
    • Competitive swimming experience is helpful but not required

  • We are looking for a concession’s coordinator
    • Would coordinate with Indigo Park Pool Association
    • Please contact Erika Daniel if you are interested

  • Sign-up Genius will be sent out prior each swim meet to obtain appropriate staffing for all positions
• 757 Swim
  • If you are interested in getting in shape PRIOR to the swim season there is a summer swim prep being offered by 757 Swim
  • Tuesdays & Thursdays May 3-26 from 5-6 PM; Cost=$125
  • Register at 757swim.com
• Uniform
  • We prefer that swimmers wear a blue swim suit and a Stingrays swim cap for meets
  • Swim suits
    • We do NOT place a group order
    • A link will be sent out with suggested suits at various prices (range usually from $25 to $50) available at Amazon and Swim Outlet
    • You do NOT have to buy a new suit if your suit fits from last year😊
  • Swim caps will be available for sale for approximately $8
• T shirts
  • Team T shirts will be sold for approximately $15
  • Will notify you when available for purchase
  • Orders will be made through Swimtopia (NO paper forms)
  • Suggested that you order when offered as after initial order is placed, we may not make repeat orders
