Hello Stingrays!

It was so nice to see everyone out for our first week of practices!  Believe it or not- the first meet is just around the corner on Monday, June 13th!  I have created a checklist to make sure you haven’t missed anything in preparation for the meet.  Also, we have gone digital!  Everything can be done (except swimsuit ordering) on the Swimtopia website at https://indigoparkstingrays.swimtopia.com/login

1.  Register your swimmer.

2.  Order a swimsuit:  https://www.swimoutlet.com/collections/IndigoParkStingrays

3.  Place your T shirt and swim cap order.  *** Due by Wednesday, June 8th at 5pm*** 

4.  Sign your swimmer up for the meet.  NEW this year!  The “Meet Entry” button next to “Job Signup button” on the main Swimtopia website allows a parent to select which meets their children are attending and can even specify which swimmers in the family may or may not be swimming... gone are the days of the notebook you needed to find and fill out poolside.  Note- the entire schedule is available so you can fill in now which meets your swimmer will be attending or missing for vacation.

5.  Parents- sign up for which job you would like to assist with at the meet.  Remember this is run by volunteers and we need ALL families to help out.  If you are unsure what to do, we can always use timers and no experience is necessary!  Use the “Job Signup Button” on the main Swimtopia website.

6.  Sign up for the Remind app to get any last minute updates: https://www.remind.com/join/indigopar

7.  Get ready for some fun!!!!  We are looking forward to a great start!  Note that the June 13th meet is now being held AT Powhatan Secondary's pool.
