Hello Stingrays, 

Thank you to the parents who volunteered at the swim meet this week. Our swimmers would not be able to race without you! We had some amazing swims this week with almost 50% improved times and a handful of new Champs qualifying times. Here's a Google sheet with all of our swimmers who have qualified for Champs so far. I have a couple of updates for you all before the long weekend:

• We do not have practice on Monday, July 4th, and next week's swim meet will be on Tuesday, July 5th. Please indicate on Swimtopia and/or send me an email by Saturday if your swimmer(s) will not be at the swim meet on Tuesday. 
• Is your swimmer close to a Champs cut and isn't quite there? Then Summer Awards may be for them or just a chance to get a best time for the season. The VPSU Summer Awards Swim Meet will be on Saturday, July 23rd at Kingswood. If you are interested in swimming at the meet, they are selling T-Shirts and sweatshirts.
