Hello Stingrays, 

First off, congratulations to our swimmers who competed in the swim meet against Stonehouse Splash. We won the meet and are now 3-1 going into our final swim meet this coming Monday, July 18th! This last dual swim meet is at Villages of Westminster, and we are planning on getting dessert as a team afterwards at The Meadows. 

Our last day of practices following the current schedule will be Tuesday, July 19th, after our final swim meet. On Wednesday the 20th, we will start our Summer Awards and Champs practice schedule. 

• 13 and older: 8:30-9:30 AM
• 12 and younger: 9:30-10:30 AM 

If your swimmer would like to compete at the Summer Awards swim meet on Saturday, July 23rd, please let me know by Tuesday, July 19th, at the very latest. Swimmers can compete at Summer Awards in any event they have NOT yet reached the qualifying time to swim at Champs. 

If your swimmer is planning on competing at the VPSU Championship swim meet, please let me know by Monday, July 25th. In order to compete at Champs, swimmers need to have both achieved the qualifying time in an event and competed in at least three regular season swim meets. 

Finally, the end of the season Paper Plate Awards will be on Sunday, July 24th, at 5:00 PM at Indigo Park.
