Good afternoon Stingrays,

As a reminder, we DO NOT have practice tomorrow morning since it's July Fourth. I hope that you all have a great holiday tomorrow!

We have our one and only home swim meet of the summer on Wednesday. Please be at the pool by 4:45 PM to prepare for warmups. I will have event cards to hand out to swimmers on Wednesday morning with their event numbers, heats, and lanes to help cut back on the stressful time of writing on hands before the meet starts that evening. 

If you haven't already, please let me know ASAP if your swimmer(s) are not attending the meet. I will assume that they will be swimming unless otherwise stated (Puprays not included).

Additionally, we have some information about T-shirts and advertisements for VPSU Champs. As a reminder, swimmers must qualify for Champs and attend at least three dual swim meets during the regular season in order to swim at the Championship swim meet at the end of July. I am working on a Google Sheet with all of our swimmers' best times and whether they have qualified for Champs in any events.

Attached you will find three documents: 

1. 2023 Champs Shirt QR - this is the image that can be added to the VPSU page and to your individual team pages to draw people to the t-shirt website ***T-Shirt design is still under construction and is noted as such on the website. However, people can still pre-order. The design should be completed by 2Birds before the deadline.
2. 2023 VPSU Ad Sales - this is the packet for the sales representative for each team. Everything should be detailed properly in that packet pertaining to sponsor requirements and money collection. If you have any questions about this, please call or email me.
3. 2023 VPSU Ad Sales to Sponsors - this file contains the two pages from the Ad Sales packet that should go to sponsors. We felt it would be easiest to give this as a separate document so it can be emailed without the other information. Everything needs to be turned in by July 10th and should be spelled out properly in each document.
