Good evening Stingray Family!

A couple of important updates:

1. Paper Plate Awards and Pupray Championship

Our annual Paper Plate Awards and Puprays Meet will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd from 6:00-8:00PM at Indigo Park.  Please RSVP here: Paper Plate Awards and Puprays Championship RSVP by Sunday, July 20th so we can order enough main dish/cake/drinks.  

What? This event is an opportunity for each pupray to compete in a 25 freestyle and/or backstroke event with any coach/equipment assistance and for all of our Stingrays community to watch and cheer them on!  We will also have out end-of-season paper plate awards and potluck dinner to celebrate an amazing 2025 season.  Once the paper plate awards are completed, the pool will be open for only swim team family use until 8:00pm!

Please mark your calendars, RSVP, and plan to attend!

2. Governor's Land @ Indigo Park 7/14/25  

Please complete meet entry for your swimmers on Swimtopia ASAP so we know who will be swimming! 

We will have several volunteer absences this week, so everyone will need to chip in and volunteer, in some cases above and beyond, to cover all of our required tasks!  Based on our first home meet, one HUGE area of need is set up duty.  If you are able to come early to help get the facility ready, please volunteer to help in that way.  Thank you in advance for making this meet happen for our kids.

Plan to have swimmers arrive at 4:45-4:50pm for warmups at 5:00pm.  

We are also planning to have a coach/parent relay at the end of the meet, so if you are willing and able, talk with Coach Aiden and/or come prepared with a swimsuit and some goggles :)
